Your rental includes the delivery, setup, and takedown of the bouncy castle. We also provide a safety briefing to ensure everyone has fun safely.
3. How much space do I need for a bouncy castle?
Our bouncy castles vary in size, but we recommend having a large, clear area for setup. Don’t worry—our team will make sure everything fits!
4. Are the bouncy castles safe?
Absolutely! All our castles are regularly inspected, cleaned, and maintained to meet safety standards. We provide a full safety briefing upon setup to ensure everyone has a blast safely.
5. What if the weather is bad on the day of my rental?
We monitor the weather closely! In case of heavy rain or strong winds, we’ll work with you to reschedule your booking or offer a full refund. Your safety is our priority.
6. Do I need to provide power for the bouncy castle?
Yes, the castles require electricity to run the blower. We recommend having a standard outlet nearby.
7. Can the bouncy castle be set up indoors?
Most of our bouncy castles can be set up indoors as long as there’s enough space and height clearance. Just let us know the location details when booking!
8. How long can I keep the bouncy castle?
We offer flexible rental durations, ranging from 4 to 8 hours. If you need it longer, just let us know, and we’ll work with you to accommodate your needs.
9. What if something goes wrong during the rental?
Don’t worry! Our team is on standby during your rental to assist with any issues. If something unexpected happens, just contact us, and we’ll resolve it ASAP.
10. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks ahead to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons (spring and summer). However, we do accept last-minute bookings if we have availability!
11. Do I need to supervise the bounce house?
Yes, safety is our number one priority. Please ensure that a responsible adult is supervising at all times. Rules and guidelines will be posted for everyone to read and follow.
